The Paw Report ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is a subscription-based mobile and web application that provides real-time ground temperature data, area safety information, pet wash station directories, and walk-time recommendations to help pet owners and professional dog walkers keep their animals safe.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
The Paw Report offers three subscription tiers:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not renew. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
Launch week promotional prices are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional prices apply to the initial billing cycle only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Users may invite others using a personal referral code. Successful referrals grant the referred user one free week of the Bronze tier. Referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral system (e.g. self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) will result in account termination.
The Paw Report provides safety guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ground temperature estimates, weather data, crime indices, or any other data displayed in the App. Always use your own judgement when walking your pet. We are not responsible for injury to any person or animal arising from reliance on data provided by the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Paw Report and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
All content, design, code, branding, and data structures within The Paw Report are the exclusive intellectual property of the App owner and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Account data: Email address, name, and password (encrypted) provided at registration.
Pet profile data: Pet name, breed, and size — stored to personalise ground temperature thresholds and safety alerts.
Location data: GPS coordinates collected in real time when you use the App. We do not store your location history beyond your current session unless you have walk history enabled (Gold tier).
Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and session duration collected anonymously to improve the App.
Payment data: Billing is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.
Referral data: Referral codes and associated account links used to apply rewards.
Location access is required for core App functionality. We request location only while the App is in use. We do not sell, share, or transmit your precise location to third parties except as required to fetch weather and safety data (coordinates are sent to our backend API only). Gold tier walk history stores location summaries — you can delete this at any time from your profile.
If you opt in to push notifications, we may send alerts when ground temperatures become dangerous, extreme weather is detected, or area safety changes significantly. You can opt out at any time in your device settings or app profile.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at mypawreport@gmail.com. Walk history (Gold tier) is retained for 30 days then automatically purged.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
The Paw Report is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.
